The staff was very professional and helpful and exceptionally kind. They were always ready to help with a smile or to chat about their city, food and customs. The reception was open 24/7 and the night receptionist made us feel truly welcomed although we arrived at 2pm. Lady day receptionist, breakfast room staff, night guard. The cleaners and maintenance staff work really hard. And I want to thank specially Safouane for being so patient with the children in the pool, teaching them to swim when they asked and for being so friendly. I will definitely come back. Breakfast was delicious with really fresh eggs cooked in front of you, delicious moroccan homemade pastries and freshly squeezed fruit juices. My kids got hooked on their mint tea. Beautiful bathroom with a modern and vast walk in shower. Great pool, so much needed after a morning in the souk.

Good breakfast. There is plenty of parking lots next to the hotel, but there will be again some strange guys who will ask money for parking telling they will secure your car (during our trip through Morocco nobody explained who are these guys, are they under police control so they "pass" money up to the police, or this is "legal" criminal level in Morocco, but this is really annoying. I would like to pay more if money goes to the city, but when this is something about giving money for kind of "nice" beggar, which is obviously under someone's hood this is not acceptable). Here they asked 100 dirham per two nights, gave only 80 (may be not to give at all?). Not really close to the old city, but you can easily walk there, it is 15-20 minutes of walk. Polite stuff, a lot of rooms, though not good they don't have family rooms, so had to take two.

This is a nice hotel that was the ending point for a tour that we were on, so we decided to stay on two more nights on our own. Location is in the new city I think, so it's 2-3km to the old town square (Medina), so we took taxis to get there. YSL museum is a little closer, maybe 1km, so we walked that. We were tired from our tour, so we didn't take time to try the Hammam (baths) in the hotel, which I think are at an extra cost. January weather was too cold for the outdoor swimming pool so we didn't use it. Breakfast was great, we didn't try the dinners, ate mostly in the Medina. We did have dinner in the neighborhood one night, and there were several restaurant options there. Staff was helpful and unobtrusive.

Staff were so kind and helpful, it turned into a real home from home for us (mother and two children). Fantastic location, close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. Easy walk to The Medina. Breakfast delicious, good variety of food options. Pool area great, sun pretty much all day. Some might say that the hotel needs updating, perhaps the bathroom areas, but that didn’t bother us at all, we loved how traditional it was, all areas are clean and well maintained. Room was ideal, good size for three people, clean, beds comfy, spacious bathroom. Overal decor of the hotel was charming, the lounge areas a pleasure to spend time in.

Once we arrived we met this adorable receptionist and he greeted me saying my name which I found very endearing. The rooms are very cosy and clean.. the lady at the reception was also very sweet to us made us feel at home ( I am sorry I didn’t get their names). The lifeguard Anas was very nice too. We ended staying two more nights only for 1000dh which I found very reasonable. The location of the hotel is great everything is walking distance. The rooms are clean. The AC works great. The beds very comfortable.
